Ayumu Iwasa maintained his qualifying position by finishing fourth in a thrilling FIA F2 Feature Race on Sunday.

Iwasa made a strong start and briefly challenged for the lead into Turn 1, overtaking Bearman and Fittipaldi before relinquishing his position. Despite narrowly missing out on a podium finish, the DAMS driver expressed satisfaction with the car's performance throughout the weekend.

Reflecting on the race, Iwasa commented, "We had good speed again, the team did a great job to help me gain a position in the pit stop phase.

"Towards the end I was under attack from those on the alternate strategy, it was a shame to lose the podium, but we claimed a solid amount of points in fourth." With his fourth-place result, Iwasa maintains his position in the standings, currently sitting in third with 82 points, holding a 12-point advantage over Bearman.
