Born in Woking, United Kingdom (very close to the McLaren Technology Center by the way), Carolyn’s passion for motorsport has always been a huge part of her life. One of the most memorable moments was when her school set up an event and Carolyn had a special day behind the wheel with Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button at Mercedes Benz World.
At college, Carolyn graduated in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth, has already worked in the team of Envision Virgin Racing in Formula E, and also being part of BMW Group.
Currently, Caralyn Paterson is dividing her time between being a wife, mother, and Press Officer in Scuderia Alpha Tauri in Formula 1.
“A lot of people have a favorite football team while I had a favorite motorsport team and this went on all my way.”
Very private, for the biggest fans, it is always possible to see Carolyn walking through the paddock and offering all the assistance to Scuderia and the drivers.
