Ai Ogura and Francesco Bagnaia rounded out the podium, while Bezzecchi's costly marshal incident from Saturday's Sprint left him banned from the race entirely, and his title lead cut to single figures.

A chaotic weekend at the Sachsenring saw not just riders but entire teams taken out of the race. Marc Márquez marked his 200th race start with a dominant win, Luca Marini made a strong return from injury, and Álex Márquez joined his brother on the podium. On the other hand, KTM, Fabio Di Giannantonio, and Marco Bezzecchi were among those who faced a difficult weekend at the German GP.
