Women in Motorsport

In a total viewership of over 1.5 billion, statistics revealed a rapidly growing female fan base throughout Formula One, with 40% of viewers of the 2022 season being women.

Both Charlotte Tilbury and F1 Academy are ready to capitalise on this trend, seeking to attract a new audience to the sport whilst supporting diversity and inclusion for individuals with different backgrounds.

Lovinfosse already made significant achievements in her debut season, securing a podium finish at her home circuit in 2023. With her performance, she cemented her spot in the top 10 of the championship standings and collected three podium finishes in Spielberg and Le Castellet.

As Lola Lovinfosse gears up for her highly anticipated return to F1 Academy for the upcoming season, she reflected on her excitement: “I’m really looking forward for the season to start. We have worked a lot with the team. I’m ready to fight!”

As the 2024 F1 Academy season unfolds, Charlotte Tilbury’s global platform will spotlight the talents of fifteen young drivers, leading the mission to celebrate diversity and excellence of women in motorsport.

With the addition of Charlotte Tilbury to F1 Academy’s sponsors, the sport continues its expansion into new horizons, engaging with a multitude of different audiences. This collaboration not only enhances the spotlight on both parties but also benefits Formula One’s ability to push boundaries in a male dominated sport.

In embracing this partnership, F1 Academy and Charlotte Tilbury invite racing enthusiasts to dive into the exciting world of racing, whilst promoting individuality and confidence, proving that beauty and speed are a winning combination both on and off the track.

This innovative collaboration raises awareness of the inspiring young female drivers, aged 16-25, who represent the future of motorsport. Charlotte Tilbury is not only making history but also continuing its mission of unlocking the magic of confidence and transforming dreams into reality on the racetrack.
