Campos’ Nikola Tsolov has scored five Formula 2 wins in 2026. Yet, even he would have been quite surprised at how the sprint in Silverstone played into his hands. “I didn't expect it for that to happen. I would be just happy with a P2 at that point,” he remarked, largely satisfied with what he had done over the course of the sprint.

Three races into his FIA Formula 2 career, Nikola Tsolov stood on the podium for the first time.
