The Indian driver never looked back after a rocket start saw him eclipse Noel León off the front row of the grid for the lead.

“I said to the team: We don't really need to worry about it,” remarked Rodin Motorsport’s Alex Dunne, speaking to DIVEBOMB after his F2 qualifying performance in Barcelona. Invicta Racing's Joshua Dürksen and Hitech's Ritomo Miyata have received penalties for their infringements during F2's qualifying session in Barcelona on Friday. The Paraguayan driver was picked up after speeding under yellow flags, a result of Miyata's incident at the final corner only moments earlier.
