BMW finished on the podium in the 2026 Rolex Daytona 24 Hours in the opening race of the 2026 IMSA series

Porsche Penske Motorsport has completed a hat-trick of wins in Daytona, courtesy of the No.7 car. Driver Felipe Nasr also achieves a rare feat.

As it stands, the race is under an extended full course yellow period (FCY) for foggy conditions. The No.7 Porsche had led a lot of the race, its main competitors being the No.31 Cadillac and the No.93 Acura.
