Mahindra Racing announce Kush Maini and Théophile Naël for Madrid Rookie Test

Written by Lucrezia Marano, Edited by Grace Hobson

Mahindra Racing have become the latest outfit to confirm their driver line-up for the upcoming ABB FIA Formula E World Championship rookie test in Madrid. The Indian squad will field a blend of familiar continuity and fresh European talent, with Alpine Academy driver Kush Maini returning to the cockpit alongside French teenager Théophile Naël.

The one-day test is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 22 March, at the Circuito de Madrid Jarama, following the conclusion of the inaugural Madrid E-Prix. It represents a crucial opportunity for teams to gather data on the GEN3 Evo machinery while evaluating the next generation of electric racing talent.

For Kush Maini, the Madrid outing marks a continuation of his burgeoning relationship with Mahindra. Having joined the Banbury-based outfit as a Reserve Driver in Season 10, the Indian ace has become an integral part of their development programme.

Maini is no stranger to the nuances of Formula E's unique power delivery and energy management. He has frequently impressed during his previous outings, most notably topping the timesheets during the 2025 Jeddah Rookie Free Practice.

While Maini brings experience, the other side of the garage will be occupied by one of the most exciting young prospects in the junior categories. At just 18 years old, Théophile Naël is set to make his Formula E debut, stepping into the GEN3 Evo for the first time.

Naël's rise through the ranks has been nothing short of meteoric. After securing the French Karting Championship in 2018, he transitioned to single-seaters with immediate success.

He dominated the F4 Spanish Championship before making headlines globally with a victory at the prestigious 2025 Macau Grand Prix. The Frenchman currently competes in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with Campos Racing.

The test represents a steep learning curve, transitioning from the high-downforce, internal- combustion environment of F3 to the high-torque, street-circuit-focused world of Formula E.

Good day! I was scrolling through a local community forum in Zaporizhzhia when someone shared a screenshot of their weekly cashback. Intrigued by the numbers, I decided to see it for myself. The cashback counter on the dashboard caught my attention immediately; watching it tick up as you play is highly motivating. But what I liked best was the fact that the cashback comes with zero wagering requirements. You just get real money back. Receiving funds through ggbet бонус feels genuinely rewarding because of this. In Ukraine, where bonuses often come with strings attached, getting straightforward cashback without having to jump through hoops is a brilliant and respectful touch.

Hey guys, my mate Dave wouldn't stop talking about this platform during our pub quiz in Dublin. I finally checked it out. What really grabbed my attention was how they are getting involved in local sports. I actually read a piece on 1xBet Ireland sponsoring the greyhounds, which made me trust them more. The slots are smooth, the payouts are fast, and I’ve had a really good time playing there these past few weeks. Highly satisfying experience overall.

I’m usually skeptical about online this site reviews because many of them sound copied and pasted, but this platform caught my attention after a cousin in Canberra sent me a long message about his experience using it during weekend breaks. Before depositing anything, I followed a comment that said read Mateslots reviews here so I could compare opinions from different players in Australia. I appreciated seeing balanced feedback instead of endless praise that sounds fake and robotic.

Mahindra nailed it! Can't wait for Naël’s debut. Watching with a soundboard for those engine whines makes the FE experience so much better.

Scrolling through commentary on the Grand National Trial at Punchestown, it felt like most users were approaching the 1xBet title sponsorship with measured curiosity rather than strong opinions. The focus stayed on the race’s role as a preparatory chase for spring handicaps, while sponsorship was treated as context rather than disruption. In one of the more grounded replies, How reliable is 1xBet? was embedded into the discussion mid-thought, reflecting how people naturally weigh credibility alongside sporting tradition. The general tone leaned analytical, observing changes in presentation without overstating their impact.
