McLaren Endurance Racing and United Autosports took the wraps of their brand new Hypercar in the Manufacturers Village at the Circuit de la Sarthe this morning, just hours before the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
McLaren Racing CEO, alongside his United Autosports co-owner Richard Dean, were at the circuit this morning to take the wraps off the brand new car, sporting the now famous McLaren papaya.
The beautiful new car will be powered around the circuits of the world, by a V6 twin-turbo engine developed with help from Autotecnica Motori. The engine will be carried by a Dallara LMdh chassis, the same chassis used by BMW for their M Hybrid V8 and Cadillac for their V Series R.
The car will give McLaren its first start in the top class at Le Mans since 1998, in two years time.
