PheonIQ We Racing ready to tackle the British 24-hour

PheonIQ We Racing will return to the British 24 kart race event at Teesside Autodrome this weekend in one of the largest endurance karting events held annually in the United Kingdom. A total of 85 teams are scheduled to participate in various classes, which means there will be heavy competition, but the most critical aspect of success will be the consistency of performance, strategy, and how well the team works together as a unit.

Last year, the PheonIQ We Racing team made its debut in the race and finished seventh in their respective class. They now intend to utilise their additional experience to create even better outcomes and achieve the ultimate goal – a podium.

Preparing for success throughout the season

Throughout the entire season, the British 24 hour has been PheonIQ We Racing’s focus. Each event that they participated in this year has contributed to the development of their skills and knowledge as a team, including Team Endurance, Winter Cup, Individual Endurance, and Sprints. These experiences have enabled them to build upon their existing racecraft, increase their level of consistency and enhance their ability to succeed when placed under extreme pressure.

Their collective hard work has produced positive results throughout the current season. As a result, they feel confident entering what they consider their biggest event of the year.

Driver Lineup for British 24 Hour Karting

Over the course of the challenging 24-hour race, seven drivers will take turns driving for PheonIQ We Racing:

Oli will make his first appearance at the British 24h with the inclusion of new member, along with the experience that was gained by the team during last year’s editon, creates an ideal mix of high-performance potential, endurance experience and new perspectives.

Entering Teesside with momentum

For this year’s British 24 Hour, PheonIQ We Racing will proudly display PheonIQ as their official title sponsor on their kart. This is a representation of the continued growth of the partnership during one of the top endurance events in the United Kingdom.

Challenges in racing for 24 hours

Racing for 24 hours is inherently difficult. The usual challenges such as reliability issues and fatigue are of course in play, in addition to contending with 84 other teams competing across multiple classes. Traffic management will likely play a major role in determining who can successfully navigate through congested areas and avoid being slowed down.. Therefore, making strategic decisions about when to pass slower-moving karts without losing too much time will undoubtedly impact the outcome.

Reliability, self-discipline and minimising errors during a full day of racing will be essential for success.

Podium finish within reach?

Although PheonIQ We Racing has demonstrated they have enough speed to be competitive up-front — they know that if everything falls into place and they receive favourable circumstances – they have a legitimate chance of earning a podium position.
