Alpine has officially taken the covers off its Hypercar challenger, the A424, alongside the team line-up for the World Endurance Championship (WEC) 2026 season.

The images of the latest look were released on Wednesday, providing a glimpse of both front and rear views of the car. The car has featured an updated aerodynamics package, utilising an 'evo joker'. Its 2026 livery still retained the iconic Alpine blue with hints of red at the back.

The A424 hopes to end its campaign in the championship series on a high, building on the previous season's achievements, including a maiden victory in the Six Hours of Fuji and two back-to-back podiums in Imola and Spa.

This reveal came just days after Alpine's announcement of exiting the premier class of the WEC after the 2026 season. The French outfit aims to shift its focus to Formula One from 2027 onwards.

Long-time duo Charles Milesi and Ferdinand Habsburg are confirmed to return to drive the No.35 car, with Formula E veteran and 2019 Drivers' Champion António Félix da Costa joining the crew.

Jules Gounon, Frédéric Makowiecki and newcomer Victor Martins will make up an all-French trio, representing their local car manufacturer via the No.36 car. Martins will be replacing Mick Schumacher, who has ventured to an IndyCar pursuit with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing.
