Chadwick currently serves as the team’s test driver and has previously driven with Jaguar in the Marrakesh Rookie Test in 2020, the Jeddah Rookie Practice session earlier in 2025, the 2025 Berlin Rookie Test, and the inaugural all-female test during last year’s pre-season testing.

This year, the Briton competed in the European Le Mans Series LMP2 category, where she finished third in the standings. Her career has stretched across the world and across an array of disciplines.

Chadwick’s single-seater debut was in 2017 in the BRDC British Formula 3 Championship. After winning three W Series titles, Chadwick ventured stateside to compete in Indy NXT with Andretti Autosport in 2023 and 2024. She won at Road America, becoming the first woman in fourteen years to win a race in this level of racing.

In a statement, Chadwick said:

It’s fantastic to be returning to Jaguar TCS Racing for the women’s test in Valencia. Having already driven the I‑TYPE 7 last season, I’m excited to build on that experience and continue working with the team. Driving in Formula E presents a unique challenge, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of it.”

Jaguar have become the second team to announce two drivers on their roster for the women’s test, after DS Penske, as Japan’s Juju Noda will be partnering Chadwick, and getting her first outing in Formula E machinery during this test.

Noda first trialled single-seater cars from the age of nine, but made her debut in 2019 in the Lucas Oil Winter Race Series. In 2020, she joined the F4 Danish Championship with her family’s team, Noda Racing. She claimed her first ever victory in her maiden race, eventually claiming sixth place in the standings.

Noda made her W Series debut at the second pre-season test in March 2022 at Barcelona. She was officially announced as a W Series driver on March 22 2022. Overall, she finished fourteenth in the standings, claiming two points.

In 2023, Noda faced backlash when she joined the Euroformula Open Championship due to a technical regulation stating that female drivers could run at a minimum weight that stood a whopping 26kg lower than male drivers.

This rule allowed Noda to claim a victory at Circuit Paul Ricard, before it was abolished ahead of the fifth round, held at the Red Bull Ring. As a result of this rule being removed, Hideki Noda (Juju’s father) announced that the Japanese racer, and Noda Racing would be retiring from the series.

In 2024, Noda switched to Super Formula and became the first Japanese woman to race in this championship. During this season, Noda struggled greatly, never qualifying higher than nineteenth out of 21 cars, and lapping an average of 1.7 seconds slower than the lead drivers.

In 2025, Noda switched to Triple Tree Racing which was a team created by her father, Hideki.

In response to the announcement, Juju Noda said:

I’m really looking forward to joining Jaguar TCS Racing for the Formula E women’s test. Driving the GEN3 Evo car will be a new experience for me, and I’m excited to learn from the team and push myself in this environment.

“It’s an honour to contribute to an initiative that supports women in motorsport and helps open doors for talented drivers.”

Ian James, Jaguar TCS Racing team principal, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Jamie and Juju to the team for the women’s test. This initiative continues to play a vital role in creating meaningful opportunities for female talent in motorsport, and both drivers bring exceptional skill, experience, and ambition to the team.”
