Cadillac IMSA GTP driver Louis Delétraz will join the No.12 Cadillac Hertz Team Jota team for the next round of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) in Spa-Francorchamps, filling in for the injured Alex Lynn.

Lynn is currently recovering from a procedure to correct an ongoing neck issue, and will miss the next round, as he did the season opener in Imola. There, the team raced with just Will Stevens and Norman Nato, however opt to add a third driver for the second round.

Delétraz - pilot of the No.40 Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac in IMSA - steps into his first Hypercar drive outside of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, having previously competed in WEC in an LMP2 car in 2022 and 2023 - winning the title with WRT in 2023.

Meanwhile in the sister No.38 car, Jack Aitken joins the team for the first time this season, after his IMSA commitments in Long Beach meant he missed the WEC season opener. He will join Earl Bamber and Sebastian Bourdais.

Jota and Cadillac will be hoping to really give a push to their season in Spa on the 9th of May, after a disappointing eighth and 13th in Imola.
