Racing action for Formula E's round 11 has been brought forward by two hours, following risk of inclement weather in the Jiangding region on Sunday.

Formula E has made the decision to move the start time of Sunday 1st June's Shanghai E-Prix forwards by two hours. The new start times are as follows:
Free Practice 3: 07:00 Local/23:00 UTC
Qualifying: 09:00 Local/01:00 UTC
E-Prix: 13:00 Local/05:00 UTC
A spokesperson from Formula E said: "As the inclement weather forecast for Sunday’s race is anticipated to impact the current sporting schedule for Round 11, 2025 Hankook Shanghai E-Prix, together with the FIA, Teams and Manufacturers we have taken the decision to amend the event timings in order to allow maximum track sessions to go ahead, taking into consideration rain and light conditions.
The safety and experience of our fans, guests and personnel are our highest priority as we aim to put on the best racing spectacle possible here in China. We thank the organisers and local authorities for their prompt and unified response and we look forward to another successful Hankook Shanghai E-Prix at the Shanghai International Circuit tomorrow.”
Formula E has not had many wet races so far, with the first one coming after five seasons of racing at the 2019 Paris E-Prix. This season has already seen several wet sessions and races, including in Tokyo earlier this month where qualifying for the Saturday race was cancelled due to the weather.
