Mahindra Racing have announced that American Chloe Chambers will be participating in the Formula E all-female test on 31 October in Valencia.

Chambers also participated in the inaugural Women’s Test in 2024 with Andretti, but has switched over to the Banbury-based Indian team for 2025.
Currently, she is competing in F1 Academy with Campos Racing, supported by Red Bull Ford, where she sits fourth in the standings with one round left.
Chambers has an impressive karting career under her belt, with a third place in 2019 in the SKUSA SuperNationals XXIII - X30 Junior championship. Since 2021, she successfully transitioned to cars, taking several victories across several different disciplines, such as Formula 4 United States and Porsche Sprint Challenge North America - Cayman Pro/Am.
Chambers was delighted to drive for Mahindra Racing in the test, and said:
“I’m super excited to be back behind the wheel of a Formula E car in Valencia next month for the Women’s Test, and to do so with Mahindra Racing.”
She went on to express the support she has received: “I’ve got the experience and guidance of both Mahindra and Nyck [de Vries] behind me, so I’m confident that we will be able to make steps forward, and I’m looking forward to getting to work with the whole team.”
Frederic Bertrand, CEO and Team Principal of Mahindra Racing, added: “Chloe is an incredibly exciting talent; we’ve been monitoring her progress in F1 Academy, where she has shown great potential, and we’re looking forward to working with her at the Women’s Test.
“We’re keen to help her build on the experience she gained in the GEN3 Evo car at the test last year, and equally, we know a driver of her talents will be a valuable addition to the team as part of our testing programme ahead of the new season.”
He then went on to reinforce the message behind the all-female Formula E test: “The Women’s Test is a fantastic initiative from Formula E, with the potential to inspire future generations into the wealth of opportunities available in the sport, both on and off track. We’re very proud as a team to support it and participate once again this year.”
The all-woman test is very highly anticipated, and highlights inclusivity and diversity measures that Formula E are taking, following on from several positive moves by the championship.
