DS Penske have announced their line-up for the upcoming all-female Formula E test on October 31, with Lindsay Brewer and Jess Edgar joining forces at the team in black and gold for the test.

The duo, who both departed single-seater racing in 2024, will be partaking in the all-female Formula E test in Valencia on October 31st. This will be the second-ever female-exclusive test and will be part of Formula E’s pre-season testing.
Brewer, who competes in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America with RAFA Racing, will be stepping into Formula E machinery for the first time when she takes over the wheel of the DS E-TENSE FE25 during the pre-season test on October 31.
She ascended the American single-seater ladder, taking part in the USF2000 championship, before moving up to IndyNXT in 2024 for Juncos Hollinger Racing. Brewer was released by Juncos Hollinger Racing partway through the season for “unfulfilled contractual obligations.”

Edgar, who currently competes in the British Kart Championship and Super 4 in KZ2 karting championships, competed in the 2024 all-women’s test with DS Penske, alongside Dutch racer Beitske Visser. She has formerly competed in two seasons in the F1 Academy series for Rodin Motorsport in 2023 and 2024, scoring three podiums and a victory in Austin in the former campaign.
Following the announcement, Edgar took to social media and said:
“I’ve missed this! Super excited to be working with the team and building on everything we learnt together last year.”
The Valencia test will enable the French-American team to gather useful data, while also providing both Edgar and Brewer an opportunity to take to the wheels of one of the sport’s fastest machines, the Formula E Gen3 Evo machine.
Brewer and Edgar become the third and fourth drivers announced, following Abbi Pulling's for Nissan and Bianca Bustamante's for Cupra Kiro. The two previously announced drivers have considerable amounts of Formula E experience, having participated in several tests for their respective teams in 2025.
