Despite Corey Heim being the dominant car, it was Daniel Hemric who finally broke through to take his first Truck Series victory. It was his first top-three series victory since the 2021 championship race.
As it unfolded
From pole, Corey Heim jumped out into the lead at the start.
The first caution came out on Lap 24. A deep dive from Connor Mosack went awry — causing Layne Riggs to go for a spin in Turn 3. He drove away.
Corey Heim led on the next restart on Lap 32 and held it until stage’s end. He was followed by Kaden Honeycutt and Ty Majeski.

Most drivers took to the pits, but a few drivers — notably Rajah Caruth and Matt Crafton — stayed out.
Caruth led on the Lap 113 restart, but only two laps later, the caution came out again. Luke Baldwin went for a spin in the middle of the pack.
The ensuing restart with 76 laps remaining saw Corey Heim snatch the lead away from Caruth once more. In his time in the lead, two drivers – Ryan Roulette and Frankie Muniz – fell out of the race with mechanical issues.
The next caution wouldn’t come out until 53 laps to go, when Corey Day went for a spin into the outside wall off the nose of Dawson Sutton in Turn 1. Day suffered race-ending damage.
Heim led the next restart, but the caution immediately came back out. This time, it was for a stack-up crash in Turn 4 that collected Luke Baldwin, Matthew Gould and Corey Day. Gould’s night ended in this crash.
35 laps remained when Heim took the green flag on the restart. He faced a challenge by Kaden Honeycutt, who hit Heim on the side of his truck. This not only allowed Honeycutt into the lead but also cut Heim’s left-rear tyre. This eventually culminated in Heim spinning around three laps later – again bringing out the caution.
The next restart saw a similar theme of cautions, with Jack Wood, Grant Enfinger and Tanner Gray getting into it on-track. Each driver continued with minimal damage.
Kaden Honeycutt led the way with only 15 laps remaining, but Ty Majeski tried challenging for the lead himself. This went wrong, as the pair each went for a spin into the outside wall. Each driver continued with damage, but were out of contention for victory.
This allowed Tyler Ankrum to cycle into the lead. However, with eight laps remaining on the restart, McAnally-Hilgemann teammate Daniel Hemric scythed into the lead. He held onto this to take his first Truck Series victory.
